Tires/pedals do get swapped. Rotate between slicks and knobs, really love the feel of the slicks. But sometimes you need knobs. Rene herse tires in both cases.

Also swap the front chainring, have both elliptical and round options. Round is to fit a 50T, and have 44T, 46T elliptical.

Still looking to upgrade the saddle, wax the chain (have the parts).

Integrated brake lines would look so nice, but still not recommended.
