Wheeltop Shifters
Chinese brand, distributes in the USA. I saw some good reviews on Youtube, and bought a set to modernize Specialized Tarmac Sl3. To get SRAM/Shimano electronic, I'd have to 11sp, making this my only 11sp bike. And it would cost twice as much.
Overall they work pretty great. Setting them up was easy, once I metal filed away enough of the front mount to fit the front shifter. There was a little while I didn't think it would fit! I have dropped the chain on front shifts from time to time, it's the most reliable going into the small ring when you're further up on the cassette, or else it can get stuck between the two front rings.

I really want this to match my SRAM 1x setup on the other bike, for muscle memory I always make wrong shifts on both. It didn't work and I emailed their support. They wanted a video and I finally got around to making one:
