The GPS tracks for riding and running make really nice visualizations. And I kind of hate the "muscle group" type vis for lifting. So I tried to make my own!
The idea was to get a sense for the type of workout (e.g., 5x5 structure), and how much was lifted. You sort-of lose the type of exercise here though. I tried. I'm not in love with the results. Claude made many different versions, and then we refined this one substantially, but a month later I'm not …excited… by it.
