In Extreme Privacy, Section 27: Disinformation, this is broken in 5 categories:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone
• Business
• Death

It's not rocket science, you want to sow information connecting the real identity of 1 of these to the fake identity in another. I'll be applying a very light version of this strategy to the website you're reading right now.
