So much coffee.
Currently running an espresso cart "One Hand Espresso" that I've done a bunch of events with. Got the whole setup and logo for Christmas, thanks Sam and team! Maybe 10 events I've done? Most recently as of writing, the SES/PTO Boohoo Yahoo Breakfast.
Espresso
Rocking a [[id:5323bc4e-0ef8-425c-8aa5-e5658af54006][Decent espresso]], paired with a Niche grinder. Many thousand shots in (over 2k for sure). On my second tablet (lost the shot count, I know I saw it well over 1k).
Drip
Got a nice drip machine, love it. 95% sure we got this as a wedding gift 🙏.
Upgraded it to be "smart": Making the Bonavita smarter.
Pour Over
A few different methods: V60 and chemex. V60 on loan to Matt at the moment .
Aeropress
I've made 100's of aeropress shots. It's just so so reliable. Have a metal disk and the pressure release thing, but I just use the paper filters.
Inverted is fun, probably my favorite way.
As of , there is a metal version!!
French Press
Currently only have a mini french press. Made many a pot, but the most memorable brought tears to a grown man! His house has burned down (!!) and he was living a hotel, brought him a fresh french press.
Nanopresso
Cool thing.
Don't use it so much, if ever.
Instant
Only done this a few times but it's clutch. Got them from Share Coffee in Amherst, there seems to be one company that does instants for a bunch of the specialty brands.
Grinders
Niche grinder does the trick for Espresso. The previous grinder, a Baratza Encore (I think) just didn't get fine enough. And now my Mom doesn't have to hand grind as much!
