Rocking a Decent DE1 v1.1, paired with a Niche grinder. Many thousand shots in (over 2k for sure). On my second tablet (lost the shot count, I know I saw it well over 1k).

Got a nice ass drip machine, love it.

A few different methods: V60 and chemex.

I've made 100's of aeropress shots. It's just so so reliable. Have a metal disk and the pressure release thing, but I just use the paper filters.

Inverted is fun, probably my favorite way.

Currently only have a mini french press. Made many a pot, but the most memorable brought tears to a grown man! His house has burned down (!!) and he was living a hotel, brought him a fresh french press.

Cool thing.

Don't use it so much, if ever.

Only done this a few times but it's clutch.

Niche grinder does the trick for Espresso. The previous grinder, a Baratza Encore (I think) just didn't get fine enough. And now my Mom doesn't have to hand grind as much!
