Backlinks: Citation management

README from my references folder, archived github project.

Goals:

• Have copied of original source: PDFs + images
• Have .tex citation for source, and combined .tex of all sources
• Have notes on the source
• Have tags on the source for quick filtering of sources

Bibdesk actually does a really good job of all 4, though it does lose the links to the original sources sometimes. We could have a script that goes through and tries to fix them.
